Remaining survivors Biker Queen (Diane Goldner) and Bartender (Clu Gulager) are fighting for their lives against a monster in a deserted town. They are trapped on a rooftop while attempting to get into another building on the other side of the street. When the man-eating monsters attack them, Shot Bus Gus - a mysterious prophet - comes to their rescue. He leads the survivors to travel to the big city into the sewers and while on their way there, they meet a karate expert known as Jean Claude Seagal (Craig Henningsen). They must all unite in order to kill the monsters once and for all.
